With Sympathy Card ~ Jar of Flowers, Touched My Heart, & Here's A Card Stamp Sets And Update

A quick update on my cancer journey.  Everything is going pretty well.  Tomorrow I have an operation to remove four screws in my leg.  This is to help my bone grow in a place that it has not been growing.  I feel pretty good about it.  I will have to be on the walker again until it heals. Hopefully after that I will be able to get rid of the walker for good. I will be at the Newnan Piedmont Hospital for it, but should be leaving for home after it is over.  Today I have my Covid-19 test which is required to have the procedure at the hospital.  I was to have an operation a couple of weeks ago to remove excess skin where I had my bilateral mastectomy.  I even went for the Covid-19 test.  It was denied the day before.  I think there will be a peer review and hopefully an appeal if that does not work to eventually get the procedure done.

In the meantime, I continue to get my maintenance chemo in the infusion room at the Newnan Cancer Institute.  It occurs every three weeks.I have that this Thursday.  My blood numbers have continued to be good and all is well that way.  I will be glad when everything opens up and I can go out like I used to do.  I have been exercising in our pool in the meantime now that Summer is here.

Thank you for all the prayers, kind thoughts and cards.  I am so blessed.  If my prayer warriors can continue to pray for my journey to do as well as it has been doing, I would appreciate it.  Also prayers for my surgery tomorrow will be welcome.

The great thing is that my son has been staying here during this Covid-19 time along with his girlfriend.  It has been so nice having them here. I hope you are all doing well and finding time to stamp if you are staying in.

Enjoy today's project.
