Car Easter Basket And Update

I wanted to give you all a quick update on my cancer journey.  I had an MRI on my thorax area because there was still something on my T2 and it was still there.  My oncologist wanted to know if it was active before surgery is scheduled.  I found out yesterday when I had my treatment that it is not active now which is good.  I asked about my surgery because I have my incentive trip to the Greek Isles in July and want to be well for it.  He scheduled me dates to talk to my two surgeons to schedule that surgery but felt it best if I wait for my return after the Greek Isles trip.  So that is the new plan.   To have everything ready to take place when I return in July.  I had wanted to get it scheduled earlier so I could heal for the trip, but since that time has come and gone I can embrace this new change.  So all is well for now.  Prayer Warriors, please continue to pray for my continued healing and for the perfect surgeons to do my surgery.  I really appreciate it.  In the meantime I continue to deal with my new normal with trying to live life on steroids.  One thing cancer does is to help you appreciate life more than ever before.  I do not want to miss anything so am trying to do all I can. Thank you all so much for your care and concern.

After scoring, cut on the line up until the middle on two opposite sides like the photo below (different paper, but cut the same way as this projects).

Close up the sides so that you have a box without a top on it .   Adhere  together to keep the box shape.  Cut a strip of designer series paper ½” wide and long enough for your desired basket handle. Adhere on the sides of the basket in the basket.  Cut out a car of your choice from the paper and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere to the basket.  Fill the basket with desired treats and enjoy.  These make great table or party favors.
