  • NEW Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper – 2 ¾” x 10”; fold in half.
  • On one end, punch a 2” circle (go all the way in from the end).
  • Open the paper and slip one end in the back of a 3” x 6” cellophane bag and the other end in the front. Keep pushing until it has reached the fold at the top and is flush with the top of the cellophane bag.
  • Place your treats inside by holding one side open and letting it fall in.

  • Use a clasp to hold the top closed.
  • Whisper White Cardstock – stamp the ‘Love you’ heart in Bermuda Bay and the ‘happy valentine’s day’ in Calypso Coral.
  • Use the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine to make a ‘sandwich’ in this order: Magnetic Platform, a standard cutting pad, the stamped heart image with the matching heart die from the Sweet & Sassy Framelits, the valentine saying with the banner from the Popcorn Box Thinlits (place the saying more to the right end to leave a piece to adhere to the back of the heart), and lastly the other standard cutting pad. Run this ‘sandwich’ through the machine.
  • Adhere the banner to the back of the heart.

  • Place 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the heart mat and loop a 5” piece of sequin trim on the back side. Adhere to the bag.
