NEW Party Panda – Sale-a-Bration

Directions:

• Place 5 pencils inside the bag.
• Tie a length of Baker’s Twine around 3 times and tie a bow.
• Whisper White Cardstock – 2” x 2 ½”- stamp the panda; on a ½” x 2” scrap - stamp the saying.
• Color in the dots on the party hat with Stampin’ Write Markers.
• Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock – 2 1/8” x 2 5/8”. Adhere the panda together with this piece. Attach 2 of the NEW Tutt-Frutti Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the front. Place 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals in the center of the bag, vertically.

• Melon Mambo Cardstock – 5/8” x 2 1/8”. Adhere to the Happy Birthday saying and attach 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back. NOTE: Attach them more towards the center as the banner hangs off on both sides.
• Attach the banner and then the entire mat to the pencil pouch.
