Merry Christmas!

Because today is Christmas, I wanted to show again the card I posted November 10th.  If you want instructions, you can go to that day and see it.  The instructions will be there as well.

Merry Christmas!  To me, the above card says it all.  Christmas is the day I celebrate the birth of Christ.  A mass for Christ or the day his birthday is celebrated.  So today I say Happy Birthday Jesus and Merry Christmas to everyone.  Our family tradition is to attend our church Christmas Eve service.  It always means so much to me because everything is decorated and gorgeous.  I love hearing the Christmas story every year.  We open our Christmas presents at home on Christmas Eve and then Christmas day presents from Santa are opened.

My son attends Columbia Law School and is on break.  It makes me so happy when he decides to be here. He could go so many places, but has chosen to be here this year.  My husband is a pilot and will be flying to Mexico City Christmas morning.  We have been so fortunate for so many years that he has been off on Christmas.  This year is different but at least he will be home just after attending the Christmas Eve service.  Nice having him if only for a few hours.

If any of you live alone and do not want to be, please reach out to someone.  There is nothing worse than being alone on a holiday like Christmas.  There are many people out there, so please reach out.  This is the time of year when many people miss family members who are no longer around.  It can be extremely depressing, so please reach out to someone.

Just around the corner is a new year.  I hope that you all have a great one with good health and happiness.  I wanted to tell you today what a wonderful Christmas present you all are to me.  I love you all and value your presence on this blog.  Thank you ever so much for subscribing or taking the time to look.  I am so grateful for each and every one of you.
