July 2016-Be A Big Shot

Creative inking blog hop

Thank you for coming to the hop.  I hope you will subscribe to the hop blogs and travel around to see what wonderful creations these talented demonstrators have this time.  For my post, I wanted to show some projects that I have made using the Beautiful Branches Framelits and Thoughtful Branches stamp set.  This bundle will be available for purchase next month, but as demonstrators we are able to get them a month in advance.  Layering Circles Framelits were also used so the Big Shot is a very used tool in this household.

Hydrangea

It is hard to see in the photo, but the blossoms were backed up in gold foil to highlight it.  The gold foil was made with the tree and the trunk was cut off.  It fit nicely under the blossoms but was placed a little off to show under the pink pirouette card stock.  Everything was placed on whisper white with rounded corners and then placed on crumb cake card stock for a neutral toned down look.  The scallop circle behind the sentiment is crumb cake and placed off to give it interest.  Perfect White Accents were placed on the card.

Coral

Fish

For the coral, the Beautiful Branches tree again had the trunk cut off to make it into a coral for the By The Shore Designer Series Paper.  A fun and different use for the framelits in this bundle.

Thank you for stopping by.  Subscribe to this blog so  you do not miss out on anything and then hop on to the next demonstrators blog by clicking the next graphic below.
