You are going to love the new stamp set that will be available during August called Thoughtful Branches. It has been mentioned here before but I have to say that I am totally using this set to the maximum. Why? The sentiments alone to me are worth the price of the stamp set. All of the stamps are wonderful though. Absolutely fabulous. Then take that stamp set and introduce it to the Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper and great things are going to happen.
I cut out the circles using the layering circles framelits. One tip I have is that when you cut out the framelit items, make several or as many as you can get on the paper you use. This makes it easier later when you want that item. You can just select one from those you already have cut. It is just as easy to cut two or more if you are using the same paper. It has saved me so much time over the years. Another tip, although this can be more expensive is to get a couple of the framelits sets so that you can cut two or more of what you want cut. I know. I am extremely spoiled when it comes to stamping supplies. That said, it is so much fun making projects easily by having paper cut and ready to go. It allows more time for other things.
The sequins were placed on with mini glue dots. Another tip I have for those is to put sequins on a whole roll of mini glue dots (I do this when I am a passenger in a car or watching television). That way the sequins are ready to use when you need them.
