Rose Garden Wedding Card
March 28, 2016
Above is another card that Jill Olsen sent me. This one is a wedding card. There are so many weddings coming up that I wanted to show this elegant card. The rose and leaves were cut out with the Rose Garden Thinlits dies using gold foil sheets. Basic black card stock was used to back the rose. The rose with black cardstock was placed on very vanilla card stock and then placed on gold foil sheets to frame the card. The gold Wink Of Stella glitter brush (Item #141898) was used to shade in the rose and give it a gorgeous finish that is hard to show in a photograph. Believe me, it is gorgeous in person!
The sentiment was stamped in black using the Rose Wonder stamp set. This is such a gorgeous card that I would recommend cutting out many roses and completing several of these cards. If you do not place the sentiment on the card, you can use this card for all sorts of occasions. Having them on hand ahead of time makes it easy when a special occasion comes up. This card is one of those extremely expensive cards that would be in a purchased in a card store if you could buy it. Because it is handmade, it is like having an expensive card store right in your house.
Stay tuned for more of Jill's cards and also lovely cards I received for my birthday. I am blessed to know so many Stampin' Up!® demonstrators.
