Paper Pumpkin Card Made With Leftovers #2
A Card From Colleen

Paper Pumpkin Card with Pool Party Glitter Ribbon

Here is my final card made with the leftover pieces from the February Paper Pumpkin.  The blue background was the background that held the blue flowers used in other cards.  I started to color the white background but it looked like a child's coloring.  Not bad if that is a look you want but I then tried something else.  I tore the white piece off and it was like a sticker with flower empty spaces.  I placed the blue sticker sheet on a piece of crushed curry (I think it is crushed curry:) and then embellished the flowers with rhinestones.

I had some leftover sentiments from the Paper Pumpkin using the stamp set included so I used it for the sentiment.  I curled the metallic thread around my fingers and placed it behind the sentiment.  I absolutely LOVE the pool party glitter ribbon and have been wanting to use it for quite some time.  It really added the wow to the card (hard to see in the photo).  I just got a Sale-A-Bration item of the metallic glitter tapes and so I will be using those the same way in the future.  this was a super simple card to make that I feel proud to send.  I hope you get to play with pieces you have from leftover projects.  It is so much fun!
