Ginny Harrell sent me this gorgeous card for my birthday. It is a perfect card for spring. The stamp set Gift from the Garden is the perfect stamp set for a stamper and gardener or for making cards for the gardener. Either way it is a great set for right now. Making the card in the shape of a gardener's apron really made the card. Thank you Ginny for sending me this card! I love it. The gloves and shovel were stamped and then "fussy cut" out. Using a dimensional behind them to adhere made them three dimensional. A stamper can sew using a white gel pen. Here Ginny has done exactly that. She "sewed" on paper using the pen and it does look like actual sewing. How clever! Ribbon around the neck made the apron look real. The candy dots used for flower centers again made the flowers three dimensional as well as bringing them out to "pop". The In Color colors that will be retiring will be gone soon so I can not stress enough the urgency of getting those colors. Blackberry Bliss has been extremely popular and is a great color. Ginny used it for the apron. Make sure you get the outgoing In Color products before they are gone. Every year I have customers contacting me to get them and I can not help. Why I am stressing this.
