Directions

  • Card base: Peekaboo Peach Cardstock – 4 ¼” x 8 ½”; scored at 3” on the LONG side
  • Small Card: Peekaboo Peach Cardstock - 3” x 6 ½”; scored at 3 ¼” on the LONG side, scrap for outside saying, 1 ¾” x 2 ½” piece for inside saying mat
  • Whisper White Cardstock – (2) 2 7/8" x 3 1/8", 1/2" x 2" strip for outside saying, 1 5/8” x 2 3/8” for the inside saying
  • Picture Perfect Party 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper – photo confetti 4" x 5 1/4", and 2 3/4" x 4" for left front & photo donuts – 2 3/4" x 3"
  • Bermuda Bay Shimmer Ribbon - 17"
  • Adhere the Picture Perfect Party 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper to the card base.

  • Stamp the confetti on one of the 2 7/8" x 3 1/8" pieces of Whisper White Cardstock for the inside using Peekaboo Peach, Bermuda Bay, and Melon Mambo Ink Pads. Stamp the saying on the 1 5/8” x 2 3/8” piece of Whisper White. Adhere to a 1 ¾” x 2 ½” piece of Peekaboo Peach Cardstock and adhere to the stamped piece. This piece is then adhered to the inside of the small card and the card adhered to the inside of the card base.

  • On the outside of the small card, adhere the other piece of 2 7/8" x 3 1/8" piece of Whisper White Cardstock and then the photo donut paper.
  • Stamp the small Happy Birthday and trim to make the pointed edge. Adhere to a scrap of Peekaboo Peach Cardstock and trim to fit. Adhere to the small card front and place a Glitter Enamel Dots on the tip.
  • Tie 17” of ribbon around the closed card and make a bow. You will have to slide this off to open the card.

I Love Donuts. I cannot lie. This card is so creative and easy! the small card on the card base is a great idea for using little note cards. - the 3" ones - that I avoid if possible. Thanks for this creative idea. i found this post while looking for your blog post for the Waterfront card with the outhouse! love it. I'll keep looking.
