Soft Sayings Card Kit Sneak Peek

New1

New 2

Yesterday, I got to dig into the new Soft Sayings Card Kit.  Wow, what a treat!!!  I had a blast with this new kit coming out next month and I know you will too!  The neat thing is that this kit will make 20 all occasion cards.  Above I used the I Think You Are Wonderful stamp for my sentiment, but there were so many to choose from.  What a great value because you have everything as well as the stamp set, ink spot as well as an acrylic block.  The only thing missing that you will need is your adhesive of choice as well as paper snips to trim the twine.

Another thing that I think makes this kit stand out is that you can purchase a refill kit that includes everything but the items you would already have if you purchased the card kit so that you can go ahead and make 20 more cards.  I know that I am already making cards for Christmas.  It seems people love receiving my cards so that they have cards ready to send.  This kit is perfect for this as well as so many other things.  Tomorrow I will be showing you the I miss you cards I also made.  I love having those for times I miss seeing someone at church or other groups I am in.

One tip I found is that if you do not have adhesive for thin delicate parts like some of the flowers or leaves in this kit, you can use mini glue dots.  I did that for many of the cards.  I rolled up a glue dot so it fit the exact space I needed glue on and it was perfect.  Sharon Hall at Friday Friends showed me this trick when she was making a card and I thought it was brilliant!!!  Thank you Sharon for the tip!

All I can say is that I know you are going to want this kit for so many reasons.  It was great for an advanced stamper as well as a beginner and the cards went quickly as far as putting them together.

Thank you for stopping by.  Come back tomorrow to see the I miss you cards I made.  Please subscribe to this blog so you do not miss anything.
