Falling In Love Designer Series Paper And One Of Colleen's Cards

Colleen 1

Friday, I had my monthly Friday Friends group together.  I will show a few of the attendee's cards in upcoming posts, but wanted to show you Colleen's card since it was first in my camera.  At first I asked her what paper she was using.  I had forgotten this paper was in the package and it looked so elegant I was curious as to the paper.  Silly me as it was the Falling In Love Designer Series Paper I had selected for April.  She used corresponding cardstock to cut out the Stitched Shapes framelit oval.  She used one of the Laced Doilies for the backing and three pearls to add dimension.  She cut a dragonfly out of glimmer paper to add just the bit of elegance that made the card.

For Measurements:

The card base was cut 8 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4") by 5 1/2" with Very Vanilla Cardstock.

The coordinating cardstock was cut at 4" by 5 1/4".

The Designer Series Paper was cut 3 3/4" by 5"

Such an elegant card that could be used for so many things.

Thank you Colleen for sharing your special card with us today.
