In my quest to use scraps of various paper, the Succulent Framelits dies were fabulous for making flower pieces with scraps. Some blushing bride glimmer scraps were used for the above flowers but there are so many paper flower possibilities with this framelits set. Flower gardens on cards galore. The card looks so much better in real life. I do not know what it is about photographs, but the above card that looks a little rough with the edges on it really looks nice and not like that in person. That being said, I will take the live card. Much nicer.
I love how the Falling In Love Designer Series paper works with so many things. Again using Sahara Sand as a base card and the coordinating cardstock to back the designer series paper makes for a card for a girly girl. Rhinestones were used for the center. I even found three "vintage" Stampin' Up!® rhinestones that were larger to use. Have fun with these new products as I certainly have been having a ball "playing". I know, I know that this is my "job" but every day I have so much fun so it never seems like a job. If you want to join in on the fun you can sign up to be a demonstrator from this blog.
For the measurements of the card:
Card base: 8 1/2" by 5 1/2"
Coordinating Card stock strip 5 1/2" by 3"
Falling In Love Card stock strip 5 1/2 " by 2 1/2"
