Yesterday I played with some pieces I had cut out to use in some project. It ended up being the day for those pieces. The intricate flowers piece cut out from the So Detailed Thinlits Dies was perfect for this card. One tip I would love to suggest is to place your glimmer paper so the white side is facing up when you run it through the big shot. I tried it both ways and it cut the best with the white side up. The one I did with the glimmer facing up did not even cut through. I do not want you to waste your glimmer paper like I did. The stitched shapes framelits dies were used for the sentiment. I used the largest circle for the silver foil paper and the next size circle for the sentiment.
Blushing Bride Sequins were placed on mini glue dots and strategically put in random spaces for added interest. A Blushing Bride Bow was cut and tied to place above the sentiment. The card base was placed on a black piece of cardstock. The measurement of the card base and the black piece of cardstock are:
Black cardstock 4 1/4" by 5 1/2"
Whisper white cardbase 8 1/4" by 5 1/4" folded in half
A piece of tear and tape adhesive was placed on the solid strip of the glimmer paper to adhere. Tear and tape adhesive was placed on both circles to adhere.
