When I made these to show you, the bags for holding the nuggets were in stock. Currently they are backordered and will not be available until January. I still wanted to show this to you though as Valentines Day is around the corner and the same idea can be used for Valentines Day. For my Valentines Day version I am going to use the Sending Love Designer Series Paper Stack along with heart framelits and Sending Love Ribbon and embellishments to coordinate. I loved how these packages worked out. I made approximately 28 of the above nugget bags. I used two of the larger nugget bags and got almost 15 bags out of each bag. Perfect for an inexpensive gift or three dimensional card.
For the above bag, I wrapped the nuggets in Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper. Each wrap is 1" by 3" in dimension and wraps perfectly around the nugget. Six nuggets fit in a bag perfectly with room to tie a tag around the top. My cost for each because I have a big shot, the dies, etc... was approximately $2.00. A great price for a gift made with love.
So who will receive these nugget gifts? Service people like my garbage men, mail lady, waitresses at restaurants I go to, etc.. will receive these also with a tip or monetary/gift card gift because I want to show my appreciation to them for all they do the whole year long.
I hope that this gives you an idea for Christmas if you happen to have the bags, or for Valentines Day. Thank you for stopping by.
