The above are two more cards made by Elizabeth Grindrod. They are similar to her other card made with the Cozy Christmas stamp set, yet so different. She had some trim at home she brought to Friday Friends and used that on her cards along with some white snowflake sequins she had. Those items spiced it up a bit.
I hope you are having fun creating for the holidays. Sunday I was returning from North Carolina after spending quality time with family. I am not a sporty type person but my sister in law Joann Shepherd had all the family compete in a Corner Court Tennis Competition at Holly Tree Tennis Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. She invented the game and is trying to spread it out through the country. It was so much fun because it was great exercise but I could do it and feel success. I was one of the first ones eliminated in the tournament but if we had Corner Court Tennis in Newnan, Georgia I could see myself being active playing this type of tennis. So much fun!!! Everyone had a great time.
I am now starting to make various gifts for my Book Club and Reading Circle so stay tuned to see what I come up with. Of course this year they will have chocolates from Brussels which I happened to purchase on the day of the Paris attack. I am so thankful that the On Stage Live in Brussels was the week it was or I would have been stuck there longer. As much as I loved Brussels and all the fun shops there I was glad to be back home. Below is a photo of my new Best Friend Forever Monica Gale who lives in England and me on the Grand Place.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Subscribe to my blog so you do not miss out on any posts. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Happy stamping.
